About KSA Gratuity

In Saudi Arabia, gratuity is the end of service benefit paid to employees under the Saudi Labour Law. The calculation depends on the number of years worked and the type of resignation or termination:

• Employer Termination: Half-month salary for first 5 years + full-month salary for each year after 5 years.
• Resignation before 5 years: Partial entitlement (0–2 years = none, 2–5 years = 1/3rd, 5–10 years = 2/3rd).
• Resignation after 10 years: Full entitlement.
